Buffer Zones for Elections 2009
1. Town of Bostic: Beyond the fifty foot line and out of the way of traffic. The buffer zone is measured from the front door.
2. Chimney Rock Village: Beyond the fifty foot line and out of the way of traffic. The buffer zone is measured from the front door.
3. Town of Ellenboro: Beyond the fifty foot line and out of the way of traffic. The buffer zone is measured from the front door. The assigned area is on the outer area of parking lot.
4. Town of Forest City: Beyond the fifty foot line and out of the way of traffic. The buffer zone is measured from the clear glass door on the Church Street side of the social hall. No campaign signs are allowed to be placed on church property but they can be held.
5. Town of Lake Lure: Beyond the fifty foot line and out of the way of traffic. The buffer zone is measured from the back door.
6. Town of Rutherfordton: Beyond the fifty foot line and out of the way of traffic. Assigned area is walkway in middle of parking lot or sides of parking lot not in way of the cars. The buffer zone is measured from the door that is to the left when facing the building.
7. Town of Ruth: Beyond the fifty foot line and out of the way of traffic. The buffer zone is measured from the front door.
8. Town of Spindale: Beyond the fifty foot line and out of the way of traffic. Assigned area is on sidewalk beyond line. The buffer zone is measured from the double doors at the right front side.
