Amended School Request Information:
Based on action taken at the May 3, 2011 Board of Education meeting regarding their FY 2011-2012 budget request to the County, the Schools will be requesting $12,609,922 from the County for their current expense appropriation. The figure included as the School request in the recently issued FY 2011-2012 County Budget Message was based on a preliminary figure provided to the County in early April prior to the final approval by the Board of Education. The County and School Board will be meeting on May 11, 2011 which will include a discussion of the FY 2011-2012 budget.
