Filing fees for Deeds
$19.00 for the first page
$ 3.00 for each additional page

Filing fees for Deeds of Trust
$30.00 for the first page
$ 3.00 for each additional page

All other recording fees
$14.00 for the first page
$ 3.00 for the each additional page

Cancellations, Notice of Satisfactions, Certificate of Satisfactions and Affidavits of Lost Note are recorded here as well. There is no charge to file these three documents. We have the Certificate of Satisfaction and Affidavit of Lost Note forms available to the public. We do not assist in filling out these forms.

NO DOCUMENTS ARE GIVEN BACK TO ANYONE ON THE SAME DAY AS THEY ARE RECORDED. DOCUMENTS ARE MAILED BACK THE VERY NEXT DAY.

All deeds are required to have the current mailing address of the Grantee before they can be recorded.

All deeds and deeds of trust drawn within the state of North Carolina are required to have the draftsman of the document so noted.
