Mary Chappell, Processing Assistant V in the Adult Services Unit, is our Employee of the Quarter for the fourth Quarter 2009. She has been with the agency since August 2003. Her primary duties include Medicaid Transportation, along with some other duties within her department. Mary has made suggestions and implemented many improvements that have saved Medicaid dollars and improved the efficiency for our consumers in Medcaid Transportation. She is well respected by the consumers that she serves, as well as her peers and other professionals in the community.
Mary is a Rutherford County native and graduated from Chase High School and received an A.S Degree from Isothermal Community College.
