Ann Padgett, a Social Worker in the Adult Services Unit, is our Employee of the Quarter for the First Quarter 2012. She began her employment with the agency in February 2006. Ann has worked in both children and adult services and currently her primary responsibility is Adult Protective Services.
She has a very strong work ethic and positive attitude. She is always willing to go the extra mile and truly has a passion for the work that she does and the people that she serves. She is well respected among her peers and other professionals in the community. Her strong social work skills, coupled with her passion, affords her the ability to establish positive relationships with the families that she serves, which leads to positive results. Rutherford County DSS is very fortunate to have someone of Ann's caliber to help us meet the goal of providing the citizens of our community the highest quality services.
Ann is a native of Rutherford County and a graduate of Chase High School. She received her AA Degree in Business from Isothermal Community College and her BA in Health Management from Gardner-Webb University.
