LANDFILL/TRANSFER STATION
Anyone can tour the C&D landfill and transfer station at the end of Laurel Hill Drive in Rutherfordton. Call the Solid Waste Administration office at 287-6125 at least 2 days in advance. Wear old clothes and closed toe shoes...no sandals or open toed shoes.

Convenience Centers with SWAP SHOPS (drop off or take “stuff too good to go to the landfill” for free) are:
