General Information

Thank you for your interest in the Rutherford County E911 Communications Center. Our goal is to provide prompt, efficient and courteous emergency services to the citizens of Rutherford  County. Communications Center personnel are committed to excellence in the delivery of these services while treating people with dignity and respect.

The Communications Center is responsible for processing all emergency and non emergency calls for service 24 hours a day, seven days a week. These calls include, but are not limited to, law enforcement emergencies, fire emergencies, medical emergencies and various other requests for services.

We provide dispatch services for the following agencies:
