A MARRIAGE LICENSE

Magistrate ceremonies offered by appointment only on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.

Applicants 18 and older must have:
• Driver's license or photo ID
• Social security card

Applicants 16 or 17 years of age must have:
• Parental consent
• Certified copies of their birth certificates
• Social security cards
• Driver's license or photo ID
• Parents will have to show photo ID.

Divorced applicants must provide the month and year of their last divorce. If the divorce was finalized within the last 12 months of applying for the license, the applicant must provide a copy of the divorce judgement.

There is no waiting period to use the marriage license and it is good for sixty days from the date it is issued.
The fee for the license is $60.00 payable by cash or check only.

Couples must be in the office by 4:30 to apply for a license .
