Road sign replacement can cost the county anywhere from $20.00 to $48.00 per sign. This does not include fuel, vehicle repairs, equipment cost and salaries of part time road maintenance employees. If you have any information about any person(s) responsible for stealing road signs, please contact the Sheriff’s Department at 828-287-6247.
