ePass

ePass is a way for individuals and families to apply for benefits and services in North Carolina. When applying, benefits you may be eligible for will show and help you decide if you want to apply for assistance.  This easy process can be used to apply for Food and Nutrition Services, Medical Assistance or Energy Assistance. You can also apply for benefits to cover the cost of COVID-19 testing.

The application is available in English and Spanish.
